Top management has ensured that the ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY (5.2) has been enunciated for focused realization and better monitoring to ensure the following

  1. Is appropriate to the purpose of the organization
  2. Includes a commitment to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the environmental management system
  3. Is appropriate to the nature, scale, activities, products and services
  4. Includes a commitment to continual improvement
  5. Includes a commitment to comply with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which the organization subscribes
  6. Provides a framework for establishing and reviewing objectives
  7. Is communicated and understood within the organization, and
  8. Is reviewed for continuing suitability
  9. Is available to the interested parties and public
  10. Is reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the organization. Training programs are conducted for all levels of employees including new employees to understand the policy.

The stated policy is implemented through the following measures
